Yes. AVA offers a Hygienist Membership Plan designed to help optimise gum health throughout the year, including an annual periodontal reassessment.
Treatment estimates and costs are given after the consultation when all fees and options are discussed. Payments are accepted by debit/credit card, deposits are required for appointment booking, and there are charges for cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice.
A dental implant is a biocompatible titanium screw that is placed in the jawbone and acts like the natural root of a tooth. It’s used to replace a missing tooth by supporting a crown, bridge & other restorations. Before implant treatment, any gum disease must be treated and controlled.
Endodontics — commonly known as a root canal treatment — is a specialist dental treatment that focuses on treating the inside of the tooth (the pulp and root canals) when it becomes infected or damaged. The procedure involves removing the infected pulp, cleaning and disinfecting the canals, and sealing them to prevent further infection.
